At Shred Zone, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy on eligible items.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
Items must be returned in the original packaging, including tags and accessories.
Proof of purchase or order number is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Gift cards
Final sale or clearance items
Products that have been worn, damaged, or altered by the customer
Items returned without original packaging

Refunds

Most refunds are completed within 5–10 business days after approval.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work to provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors when available. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
